2. Appointments & Cancellations
All appointments must be scheduled in advance. Please notify us at least 24 hours prior to cancellation. Late cancellations may incur a fee.

3. Estimates & Payments
Estimates are provided prior to service. Payment terms must be agreed upon in writing. Full payment is due upon completion unless otherwise stated.

4. Access & Site Conditions
Clients are responsible for ensuring safe and clear access to the work area. Any delays due to restricted access may result in additional charges.

5. Work Authorization
Written approval is required before work begins. Any scope changes must be agreed to in writing and may affect project cost or timeline.

6. Liability & Warranty
We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or damages caused by third parties. Limited warranties may apply to services performed, subject to inspection.

7. Confidentiality
All client data and property information are handled confidentially and will not be shared without consent.

8. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Fees may apply for completed work or ordered materials.

9. Updates to Terms
These terms are subject to change. The latest version will apply to all new services.
